Local guidance from Drive experts and returnable wireless radio set in
individual vehicles
Flight tickets to and from respective Drive locations and airport transfers

Any additional service such as refreshments/meals for visitors provided by the hotel and any refreshment from the mini fridge, room dine-in or alcoholic beverages
Additional accommodation charges due to unforeseen delays in the journey

Any hotel, subsistence or other cost incurred prior to official start date of the Drive and after official end date of the Drive
Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours, extra meals, in-room dining, and beverages ordered, laundry, phone calls and medical expenses
The Drive is only for Hyundai SUV Owners - Venue, Creta, Tucson & Alcazar. Attendees are required to bring their own vehicles.
The participants will have to make sure that their vehicle is fit, serviced, and technically ready for the drive.
It is necessary for the participants to be fully vaccinated. They will be required to show their vaccination certificate of both doses.
3 person per car are allowed. Children from 5 years of age or above are considered as additional participant.
Attendees shall have to ensure that their vehicles are driven by individuals lawfully licensed.
Attendees are required to have car insurance, a pollution certificate and all the necessary documents available with them.
It shall be the duty of the attendee to inform Hyundai Motors of any medical history or prescribed restrictions/allergies that may affect his/her ability to enjoy and pursue the drive and might hinder the interest of the group or any member thereof.
The vehicle must be owned by the participant or should belong to the next of kin.
Before heading out, it is strongly recommended to sanitise your car.
Always Carry/wear a mask, in case the place you're going/passing through has a regulation & maintain social distancing as per the norms.
Wash your hands thoroughly (with soap and water for at least 20 seconds) once you have finished using the restroom and sanitize your hands before touching your car keys or door handles after leaving the facilities.
Follow all state and local recommendations and requirements, including mask wearing and social distancing.
Avoid touching your nose, eyes, and mouth with fingers.
Sneeze and cough into a tissue or the insides of your elbow, it is good manners and prevents the spread of droplets.
Disinfect your clothes as soon as possible and dispose used tissues responsibly. Carry a few disposable bags with you, to contain the waste and prevent the spreading of pollution.
